About Rutherford County Judicial Center:

BELL acted as the Construction Manager at Risk to build Rutherford County’s new judicial center. The new facility is six-stories and includes 12 courtrooms, 12 judges’ chambers with reception area, clerk’s office, galley and flex space, eight jury rooms, jury assembly and grand jury assembly spaces, clerk and master area, District Attorney space, Public Defender space, domestic violence space, 27 holding cells in the basement and first through sixth levels, an evidence vault, an armory, and the Sheriff’s office.
