BELL is serving as Construction Manager at Risk on Phase 2 of the office park development. The eight-story high rise office has four floors of Class A offices atop a four-story, 400-space parking garage. The perimeter enclosure includes precast concrete, glass, and aluminum-composite metal panel.
The 400-space parking deck is clad with similar materials to the office building, but with a different finish. Banker-wire mesh screens are used to obscure the sight-line of parked cars and add visual interest.
