BELL acted as the Construction Manager at Risk to demolish the existing motel and built a new, two-story, five-star hotel, with 43 guest rooms and four suites/meeting spaces. The two-story grand lobby includes a double-sided wood & gas burning fireplace with two adjacent lounges (one at each level). The restaurant, bar, and kitchen are sized and equipped to accommodate the needs of the Inn. The Banquet Hall and gathering spaces, much like the rest of the public spaces, feature white oak  wood flooring that was taken in large part from the University domain. The natural stone façade is sourced locally to blend with the look and the feel of the remainder of the buildings on campus.

BELL provided complete preconstruction phase services and construction phase services.
