Bell & Associates served as the Construction Manager at Risk for the new Rhea County High School which was completed on schedule in August of 2013. Bell provided complete Preconstruction and Construction Phase services. 
 
The $29.9 million project is a new 230,526 SF multi-building campus that is designed to accommodate 2,000 students plus instructors and supporting staff. The two-story facility is comprised of a structural steel frame with non-load bearing concrete masonry unit walls and a brick façade.  It includes general and specialty classrooms, vocational education areas, science laboratories, library, faculty and administration offices.
