Nashville’s South of Broadway District has been completely transformed with the opening of the Music City Center in May of 2013. Bell & Associates partnered with Clark Construction to be the Construction Manager at Risk for the LEED Gold Music City Center. The Music City Center is Tennessee’s largest LEED project. Bell provided complete Preconstruction & Construction Phase services.
The 2010 Traveler’s Choice Award winner was a $30.2 million total renovation of a 16-story, 220,000 sf office building into a contemporary, elegant, four-star hotel. Connected to the hotel stands a new five-story 105,000 sf cast-in-place, post-tensioned parking garage with a 20,000 sf ballroom on top. While the Hutton Hotel did not pursue LEED Certification, it was designed with many sustainable features such as a low albedo roof, a high efficiency mechanical energy recovery system, and EcoDisc elevators.
Bell & Associates served as the CM/GC for the extensive renovations completed at the Metro Nashville Airport. Our team provided complete pre-construction and construction phase services for this multi-phased project.
