West Side Development Phase II & Aircraft Hangar

The Smyrna Airport, formally named the West Side Development – Phase II and Aircraft Hangar, is located on Thunderbird Lane in Smyrna TN.  The project is located on 26 acres adjacent to the existing Taxiway Kilo.  The development of the site includes all grading and utilities, two hangars, and a two-story office building.  Each hangar has a taxiway (K1 and K2) that ties into the existing taxiway, allowing tenants direct access to the airport services.  The connecting office building is two stories.

Franklin Park

Bell & Associates is recently completed Franklin Park, a 71 acre Commercial Mixed-Use project in Franklin, TN.  Bell provided complete Preconstruction Phase services and is currently providing Construction Phase services. 
 
The first vertical phase of Franklin Park is the One Franklin Park, a 285,000 GSF, ten-story, Class-A office tower with accompanying 1,343 space structured parking garage. This building is envisioned to be a market leader for the area in all aspects and will apply for LEED Gold certification.
 

Corporate Centre Master Campus

Throughout the Cool Springs Corporate Centre Development in Franklin, TN, Bell & Associates has been the preferred Construction Manager for Crescent Resources, LLC. On each of the projects, Bell & Associates’ team has gone to great efforts to ensure our preconstruction estimates reflect the most current construction costs. During construction, each of these buildings were built on-schedule, on-time, and on-budget. The final Campus includes a total of nine corporate office buildings. Each of the nine buildings feature upscale lobbies and common areas on the tenant floors.

One Greenway Centre

The One Greenway Centre LEED Gold facility is a $14 million project that has approximately 162,000 SF of office space. The five-story building features sustainable green elements such as low VOC paints, adhesives, sealers and flooring, FSC certified wood, and zero CFC HVAC refrigerants. The building also includes low water consumption restroom fixtures, white TPO roofing material, and during construction the team directed construction waste on the project to be recycled.  
 

333 Commerce Street - "Batman Building"

The iconic design – earning the moniker ‘Batman Building’ – has shaped Nashville’s skyline as one of the most distinctive in the country. Its completion marked the largest single construction project in Nashville’s history. This 31-story, 1.3 million square foot high-rise corporate office tower is the tallest building in Tennessee and one of the premier construction projects in the South. The tower includes a nine-story underground garage.
