Bell recently completed construction on One Greenway Centre in Franklin, Tenn. This sustainable office building is a Crescent Resources project and is located adjacent to the Corporate Centre Office Park in Cool Springs.

LEED commissioning is currently underway for One Greenway Centre, with the final LEED submittal expected to occur soon. Nashville Business Journal Feature on the Music City Center

Keith Pyle leads Brentwood-based Bell & Associates Construction, one of three construction teams partnering to build a 1.2 million-square-foot convention center south of Broadway in downtown Nashville. The center is expected to be up and running by 2013. The Business Journal asked Pyle what it's going to take to get there.

Bell & Associates is set to begin construction on the Foothills Parkway Bridge in April 2010. The 790 foot bridge will be built on very steep terrain in the foothills of the Smoky Mountains.

Construction will be performed from the top down, using a trestle mounted gantry crane and work platforms. The Foothills Parkway Bridge will be located between Pigeon Forge and Townsend Tenn.

This project is a design build project for Bell. This $24 million project will be the first project between Bell and the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division.

Bell & Associates Construction will soon add another pedestrian bridge to their resume. Bell is set to begin construction on the Greenway Pedestrian Bridge, just outside of Knoxville, Tenn. The bridge will span US 129 (The Alcoa Highway) with a 225 foot long prefabricated steel truss bridge. More than 975 cubic yards of concrete and 14 decorative columns will make up the bridge. When complete, The Greenway Pedestrian Bridge will serve as a welcome to travelers as they enter the city of Alcoa and a pathway for pedestrians as they cross over the busy highway from one greenway to another. The Tennessee Department of Transportation recently awarded Bell & Associates Construction a Montgomery County project that consists of the demolition of two bridges spanning the Red River in Clarksville, Tenn., and a new bridge that will take the place of the two. The new construction will consist of a three span steel girder bridge that is 425 feet long by 100 feet wide. The project also includes paving, grading, drainage, and the installation of a new water line. The project is located just south of 101st Air Borne Parkway on Wilma Rudolph Blvd., and will begin in February.
