Since its formation as a partnership in 1997, Bell & Associates has maintained a commitment to protecting the environment throughout the entire construction process. Over the years, this commitment to sustainability has given us a strong reputation as a leader in the growth of sustainable design and LEED construction.

We’re proud to recognize our continued progress since our first LEED project, One Greenway Centre, was awarded certification in 2010. Currently, Bell & Associates has eleven LEED professionals on staff and our historic Music City Center is projected LEED Silver certified, the largest green building project in Nashville’s history.

Since 2005, the senior management team at Bell & Associates has worked to make safety a top priority in the company’s overall strategic plan. Through their commitment, our company has seen a decrease in the total number of recordable cases, the OSHA recordable incident rate, and the lost time frequency rate year after year.

Numbers show the difference

Because of the perseverance of our safety committee and the active participation of our employees, we can be proud of the numbers from our mid-year safety report:

Bell & Associates is currently serving as the prime contractor for the rehabilitation of the Wolf Creek Bridge in Cocke County, TN. The original bridge was constructed in 1926 and was added to the National Historic Register in 1985. Because of its history, Bell is required to build the bridge back to its original form.

Located along State Route 9, the original bridge was completed in February of 1928 at a cost of $119,102, but has undergone several repairs since that time. Because of its eligibility for listing on the... more

Congratulations to Bell & Associates President Keith Pyle for being selected as a 2013 Williamson County Impact Award Honoree by the Nashville Business Journal!

During his tenure as President of Bell, Keith has played a significant role in the construction of several Williamson County projects including the 162,000 square ft. One Greenway Centre, Corporate Centre Nine and the 840 Bypass, which have made a significant impact on the economic development of Williamson County. Keith has also led Bell in giving back to Williamson County community.
