Bell & Associates Construction is pleased to announce the addition of two employees for their Nashville-based offices. Scott McKinney joins Bell as the New Bridge Division Project Manager and Elizabeth Goodwin joins Bell as Marketing Coordinator.
During his tenure at TDOT, Scott was involved in several high-profile Bell & Associates projects such as the Korean Veterans Boulevard Bridge and the Shelby Street Pedestrian Bridge.
“Scott is a valuable addition to our team at Bell,” said Keith Pyle, President, Bell & Associates Construction. “His experience and expertise will continue to help Bell provide the quality service and dependability to future bridge and transportation projects.”
Scott is a graduate of the University of Tennessee at Knoxville with a Bachelors of Science in Civil Engineering. He received his engineering license in 2006 and is also a Certified Professional in Erosion and Sediment Control (CPESC) and an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers. He and his wife Jennifer currently reside in Fairview and have three children, Tyler and Elise (8) and Camille (6).
Goodwin, who previously served as the Marketing and Design Coordinator for Mollenkopf Design Group, joins Bell with an impressive history of marketing and design experience.
Goodwin graduated from the University of Tennessee in 2010 with a Bachelors of Science in Interior Design. She is currently enrolled at Vanderbilt University’s School of Engineering where she is working to complete her Master’s of Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management.
