BELL FOCUSES ON DIVERSIFYING STAFF

As our world evolves, developers and owners across the nation are focusing on creating sustainable designs for the structures we build. It is now just as important to create a building that is as safe for our environment as it is structurally sound.

With this in mind, Bell & Associates Construction is proud to have more than 65 percent of our managers LEED Accredited. Those managers include: Kevin Keller, John Thayer, Darek Bell, Jim Platt, Tyler Powell, Eric Pyle, Ronnie Johnson and Michael Bouldin.

Recent projects that have given us the opportunity to utilize our knowledge in the sustainable design field include Crescent Resources, One Greenway Centre. This $14 million LEED Certified project has 162,000 square feet of office space. The five-story building features such sustainable green elements as low VOC paints, adhesives, sealers and flooring, FSC certified wood and no CFC HVAC refrigerants. The building also has low water consumption restroom fixtures, white TPO roofing material and construction teams utilized recycled construction waste.
