NASHVILLE, TN - Bell & Associates Construction L.P. is pleased to announce they will be moving their office headquarters from Williamson County to Davidson County. Bell will make the move in early 2017 to a new office building that is being developed by Boyle Investment Company. Bell is also proud to announce that they have been selected to serve as the general contractor for the construction of the project. TMPartners will serve as the architect, with Boyle managing the leasing of the space.
Bell has called Middle Tennessee home since 1970, and is excited to move into a more modern space. The 130,000-square-foot, five story spec office building will also include a detached 769-space parking garage. The building is expected to be ready for occupancy in early 2017.
President, Keith Pyle believes “the move allows us to re-establish our headquarters in Nashville where we were founded, create a modern office space, work more efficiently, craft a healthier office environment, recruit and retain the next generation of Bell employees.” The new location should be an easier commute for most employees with closer proximity to I-65, and the ability to walk to a coffee shop, dry cleaner, gym, restaurants and a shopping center works well with our wellness initiative.
Mayor, Megan Barry is also enthusiastic about Bell’s move to Davidson County. “Bell & Associates Construction has done tremendous work on numerous projects that have changed the face of Nashville, from the Seigenthaler and Korean Veterans bridges to the AT&T Building, Music City Center and Lentz Public Health Center. I’m thrilled to see this world-class company moving its headquarters into Davidson County – a decision that speaks volumes about the attractiveness of our city and its business-friendly environment.”
The move will provide employees with a more collaborative, and dynamic work environment and enable Bell & Associates to continue to maintain its significant presence in Middle Tennessee.
