Summary

The Music City Center will be situated on a 16 acre lot, located in downtown Nashville, TN. The $585 million project is scheduled to open first quarter 2013. The project will take the place of the current Nashville Convention Center. The construction management at risk team includes Bell & Associates Construction in association with Clark Construction and Harmony Construction. Demolition of the current structures located on the site began in February 2010.
